Our Story

Founded in 2012, Mandrax Consulting Group has grown into one of Kenya's most respected procurement and tendering advisory firms. We operate at the intersection of public policy, commercial strategy, and procurement law — helping organisations win contracts and manage supply chains with precision.

Our team of CIPS-certified professionals has collectively managed over KES 15 billion in procurement processes across infrastructure, healthcare, technology, and general supplies. We work with both procuring entities and suppliers, bringing a 360-degree understanding of the procurement lifecycle.

Headquartered in Upper Hill, Nairobi, with regional offices in Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru, we serve clients across all 47 counties and the wider East African Community.
